2. What data we collect

Email address. When you submit your email through the subscribe form on this site, we collect the email address you provide.

Usage data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, general location, device type). This data is anonymized/aggregated and is not linked to your email address.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal data through this site.

3. Why we process your data

To send you the link or materials you requested.
To send you occasional updates about Monitro's product and launch.
To understand overall site traffic and improve the site (Google Analytics).

4. Legal basis

Where you submit the subscribe form, we process your email address on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time (see Section 7).

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your email address is stored and processed by SendPulse (sendpulse.com), our email service provider, acting as our data processor. Google Analytics acts as a separate data processor for anonymized usage statistics, under its own privacy terms.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you withdraw consent / unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

Withdraw consent / unsubscribe, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at hello@monitro.io.
Request access to the data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
